Mark description
The mark consists of a stylized image of a dog where the body of the dog is outlined in white and consists of geometric shapes, namely, triangles and quadrilaterals, that are also outlined in white and where the legs, head, and ear of the dog appear more anatomically correct and are also outlined in white, all appearing as if the body of the dog is pieced together like a puzzle formed by the geometric shapes and anatomical body parts and where the dog is positioned as if it were running to the right where the front leg closest to the viewer is down and the other front leg is extended up and to the right and where both back legs are extended up and to the left and where the tail extends up and to the left and where five small white circles are positioned between the geometric shapes that compose the body of the dog so that the white outlining of the geometric figures create lines that connect the five circles so that the circles and lines appear to create a constellation where the image of the dog is above the gray wording "SIRIUS" which is above the gray wording "VETERINARY ORTHOPEDIC CENTER" where there is a gray horizontal line that separates the wording "VETERINARY ORTHOPEDIC CENTER" from "SIRIUS" and where two gray horizontal lines separate the wording "SIRIUS" from the dog image and where at the center of the two gray lines that separate "SIRIUS" from the dog image is a four-pointed star that is gray with a gray outline and where the sides of the star are concaved and the interior ends of the two gray lines have an indentation that forms the shape of a small triangle in the negative space; the color white is only claimed as a feature of the mark with respect to the white described in the stylized dog image, all other white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
