Mark description

The mark consists of a quadrilateral carrier design with a rounded top and smaller overlapping red parallelogram on the bottom, where the background of the design appears as a gradient from light blue on the bottom to dark blue on the top, and where the word "Mountaire" appears in large stylized typeface in the middle in a gradient from yellow on the top of the letters to orange on the bottom of the letters, all with a red drop shadow, and where the letter "T" features a long pennant flowing to the left. Above the word "Mountaire," the word "PREMIUM" appears in smaller block yellow lettering, arched along the top of the design and flanked on either side by small yellow squares and thin red curved lines above and below the wording. The wording "Fresh Young Chicken" appears in medium sized transparent stylized typeface within the parallelogram along the bottom of the design. The quadrilateral and parallelogram designs are outlined in orange and again in red. Above the foregoing, the wording "FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED SINCE 1914" appears curved around the top of the design in small blue typeface flanked on either side by small red squares, and covered by thin curved blue line. Below the carrier design is a blue ribbon label carrying the wording "BLUE LABEL" in transparent block typeface flanked by small curved transparent lines and where the label features a thin transparent border.
