Mark description

The mark consists of two primary components, consisting of (i) the blue, stylized bicycle logo, and (ii) certain multi-color letters which spell out and compose the literal element of the mark. The first component, the stylized bike logo, is situated to the left side of the literal element and consists of a blue stylized bicycle with three inter-connected sub-parts: the letter "p", which forms the rear wheel of the bicycle; the letter "m", which forms the frame of the bicycle, and; the letter "c", which forms the front wheel of the bicycle. The literal element of the mark appears on two lines, one above the other, both of which are situated to the right of the stylized bicycle. The upper of the two lines includes the uppercase letters, "PMC", in the color red. The lower of the two lines includes two words in uppercase letters, "KIDS RIDES". The colors of the letters of the first of the two words, "KIDS", are: "K", orange; "I", blue, "D", magenta, "S", green. All of the letters of the second of the two words, "RIDES", appear in red. The color white appearing in the mark represents background only and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
