Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle, featuring protruding letters and designs. The bottle features a protruding border design that wraps along base of the bottle at the bottom edge. Within the border are designs that protrude further, namely, an agave plant and two spiral zig-zag designs that consist of spirals, zig zag lines, and dots, on the front face, an agave plant on each side face, and one larger version of the same spiral zig-zag design on the rear face. On the front face of the bottle, this protruding border extends upward from the edge into the center to frame a quadrilateral area. Outside the border, on each side face, are large versions of the same spiral zig-zag design. Outside the border, on the rear face, the center of the bottle features a large area unoccupied by any protruding designs, with the exception of the protruding words "E S" separated by a dot and framed in a rectangle, occupying a small area just beneath the neck of the bottle. The broken lines depicting the bottle spout and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
