Mark description

The mark consists of the design features of packaging for the goods; the configuration of the packaging itself, as represented by dotted lines, is not claimed as a feature of the mark; the mark consist of the stylized wording "POP" outlined in white on a yellow background in the shape of the wording "POP"; the wording "POP" creates dark yellow shadows on the inside and bottom of the wording "POP" on the yellow background; the wording "POP" is in the color blue with light blue highlights along the lower left side of each letter and a light blue wavy line crossing the middle of each letter in the wording "POP"; four four-pointed stars in white are at the top of the letter "O" in the wording "POP"; the stylized "POP" design is on a depiction of a popcorn bucket with alternating red and white lines and a white rim; inside of and emerging out of the bucket are light red popped popcorn kernels with red inside of the creases of the popcorn; one popcorn kernel design is above the popcorn bucket design and that kernel is light red with red, yellow, and dark yellow in the internal creases of the kernel; below the popcorn bucket design are two kernel designs all being light red with red, yellow, and dark yellow in the internal creases of the kernels; in between the popcorn bucket design and the two lower kernels is the stylized wording "FUEGO" that is colored purple inside of a yellow paint smear design; all of the design elements and wording elements are on a purple background; the color white around the dotted line in the mark is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents the background.
