Mark description

The mark consists of a brown and white rabbit walking on hind legs. The rabbit is cut off at the front indicating that it is walking off of the label. The rabbit has brown and white basket strapped to its back and the basket contains an anise seed pod, cinnamon sticks, and a leaf, all in brown and white. Behind the rabbit on the left side of the image are anise seed pods in black and white. At roughly the center of the image is an image of a logo that is faded and can be seen through. That logo is a circle with capital "D"s facing forwards and backwards as mirror images of one another all in transparent white. Between the two "D"s is a line with ornamental designs at the top and bottom in transparent white. On the inner ring of the circle "TWIN CITY" in transparent white appears at the bottom from the left to right and at the top it appears backwards in transparent white as a mirror image of the "TWIN CITY" wording at the bottom of the circle. There is another circle in transparent white surrounding that inner circle that is slightly thicker. Outside of the circles at each cardinal direction is an ornamental design in transparent white. Written around the outer circle is "DAMPFWERK DISTILLING MINNESOTA" with a dot at both ends of "Minnesota", all in transparent white showing a break in words. Above "DAMPFWERK DISTILLING" is the wording "GERMAN STYLE SPIRITS" in transparent white and below the word "MINNESOTA" is the word "EDELBRANNTWEINE" in transparent white. Below the design is the stylized wording "DAMPFWERK" in dark maroon. Below "DAMPFWERK" is the stylized wording "THE HELGOLANDER" in red. Below "THE HELGOLANDER" is the stylized wording "GERMAN STYLE HERBAL LIQUEUR" in green-gray.
