Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "REDWOOD" in white appearing in larger type over the words "LUXURY VEHICLES" in smaller grey type and with grey silhouetted images of three Redwood trees appearing above the literal element, all of which appears within an area resembling a red badge with a white semi-circular outline surrounding the trees; an approximately red rectangular shape surrounds the literal element, which is wider horizontally than vertically, has upper corners terminating in a point, has rounded lower corners, and has another point extending downward from the midpoint of the bottom boundary; the approximately red rectangular shaped badge is outlined by a thin white border and again by a thick brown border being the outermost outline. Other than as previously described, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
