Mark description

The mark consists of a distinctive three-dimensional clear bottle, specifically a D-shaped bottle with a rounded front side and flat backside with a purple and yellow cap, and a purple, yellow and green neck band. The cap contains a circular design with a boar's head in the middle of the circle. The neck band contains the stylized words "Alexander Gordon", as well as floral elements and a yellow band. The front of the bottle contains a label consisting of a yellow banner with golden lines inside, and purple and green colored floral and fruit elements on the top and at the bottom of such banner. Directly below there is a red rectangle underneath which there is an ornamented circle featuring colors red, orange, yellow and golden, inside which there is a boar's head. The bottom of the bottle contains a rectangular label, with a purple colored center and a yellow top and bottom, and 2 lines inside. The body of the bottle is embossed with abstract ornamentation and the words "ESTD LONDON 1769". The reverse side of the back label bears a yellow, purple and green floral design, visible from the front and perspective views. The bottle cap design consisting of a purple and yellow cap containing a circular design with a boar's head in the middle of the circle is a feature of the mark; the broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and cap indicates placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
