Mark description

The mark consists of a field of blue with the bust of a bald eagle with a yellow beak and white and brown feathers. The eagle is looking to his left while holding a light blue fiber optic cable in his beak. The fiber optic cable begins in the upper left of the mark as a series of "0's" and "1's" with the remainder of the cable coming down and through the eagle's beak, transitioning into an actual fiber optic cable which is blue in color. The fiber optic cable then hangs straight down below the beak. The right side of the eagle's head transitions into a faded, waving American flag which is red, white and blue and features 15 white stars. The words "US COMMUNICATIONS" appear in a capitalized block font, just beneath the eagle's beak and superimposed over the flag. The color of each letter transitions from white at the top to blue at the bottom. The fiber optic cable splits the words so that "US" is to the left of the fiber optic cable and "COMMUNICATIONS" is to the right. Beneath the letters "ATIONS" in "COMMUNICATIONS" appear the words "AND ELECTRIC, INC.", which is white in color.
