Mark description

The mark consists of a black quadrilateral carrier design with a rounded top and smaller overlapping black parallelogram on the bottom, with the word "MOUNTAIRE" appears in large stylized transparent typeface in the middle, where the letter "T" features a long pennant flowing to the left. Above the word "MOUNTAIRE", the word "PREMIUM" appears in smaller block transparent lettering, arched along the top of the design and flanked on either side by small transparent squares and thin transparent curved lines above and below the wording. The wording "YOUNG CHICKEN" appears in medium sized transparent stylized typeface within the parallelogram along the bottom of the design. The quadrilateral and parallelogram designs are outlined in gold and again in black. Above the foregoing, the wording "FAMILY OWNED & OPERATED SINCE 1914" appears curved around the top of the design in small black typeface flanked on either side by small gold squares, and covered by a thin curved black line. Below the carrier design is a black ribbon label carrying the wording "BLACK LABEL" in transparent block typeface flanked by small curved transparent lines where the label features a thin gold border and a thicker black border. Below the ribbon design are five gold 5-pointed stars in a row, where each star is slanted slightly to the right. The color white represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
