PAPA FIGOS

Mark description

The mark consists of a stylized depiction of a bird sitting upon a branch, the leaves of which appear in green and white and the branch itself appears in brown. The bird itself has two dominant colors, namely, black and yellow, with black appearing on the tail feathers, wing and eye area with yellow styling. Yellow appears everywhere else on the stylized bird except for the legs thereof which appear in gray and the beak which appears in orange. The predominantly yellow portions of the bird also have orange styling. The stylized red wording "PAPA FIGOS" appears below the stylized bird design. All of the foregoing appears on a tan square background. Above the tan square background appears a thin brown horizontal band, above which appears a thick black horizontal band at the top of the design. Other than as previously described, the color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
