Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangular design comprised of an outer red rectangular border and an inner white rectangular border within which is a blue rectangle, within which is (i) a white outline of a pool player extending from the right of the blue rectangle and downward to the bottom of the blue rectangle comprised of a head, rear of the right arm in a bent position, right shoulder, upper back, left shoulder, arm, and hand, with the pool player holding a pool cue in the player's left hand between the thumb and index finger, with the pool cue extending downward from the head to the hand, (ii) a white circle representing a white billiard ball below the pool cue, and (iii) the letters "UPA" in red with white outline arranged vertically in the lower-left corner of the blue rectangle. The black background is not claimed as part of the mark.
