Mark description

The mark consists of a vertical oval with pointed ends on the top and bottom. The outside edge of the oval is navy blue with a small red trim on the inside of the navy blue. Inside the first red trim is a thicker, white area. At the top of this white area are the words "ANGLICAN CHAPLAINS" written in navy blue going clockwise. On the left side of the white underneath the word "ANGLICAN" is the Greek letter "Alpha" written in navy blue. On the right side of the white underneath the word "CHAPLAINS" is the Greek letter "Omega" written in navy blue. At the bottom of this white is a white shield with a red cross. This shield has a small black trim. Inside this white area is another oval shape with pointed ends. The oval is split by a diagonal line going from the top left to the bottom right. The bottom part of the diagonal is red while the top part is white with red trim. In the middle of this diagonal is a brown shepherd's staff the curves up and around to the right at the top of the staff. Inside the open part of the staff is a vertical brown cross. On top of the shepherd's staff are two keys crossing diagonally. The bottom of the keys are yellow with a design that looks like a crown or the flour de lis. The rest of the keys are grey except for a little yellow below the teeth of the key. The teeth of the key are grey with a cross in the middle of the teeth. Below the shepherd's staff and the shield is a navy blue ribbon with red trim. In the ribbon are the words "Ad Gloriam Dei" written in script in white writing.
