Mark description

The mark consists of a red shield in the shape of a Maltese cross design outlined in black with four black triangles in between the sides of the cross pointing outward with the word "MOVING" in black within the top side of the Maltese cross design and the word "DELIVERY" in black at the bottom the Maltese cross design with a white banner overlapping the middle of the Maltese cross design outlined in black with the words "FIRST DUE" in black in the center of the banner, all encompassed within a white area with a black outline, and behind the above design are two crossed axes with brown handles, and axe heads that have grey blades, red middles and black ends. All of the foregoing on a white background which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
