Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional container for the goods, namely, a three-dimensional clear bottle with four rectangular sides, the front and back being wider across than the right and left sides of the bottle. All of the sides curve up from the upper edges of the sides to form the neck of the bottle. The outer shape of the cap and the bottle is not being claimed as a feature of the mark. The word "JÄGERMEISTER" is imbedded on both the right and left sides of the bottle and a label is embossed on the front of the bottle. At the top of the label is a circular design which is defined by an incomplete white outline of a circle, at the base of which is a stylized grouping of oak leaves and fir leaves, the defining details of which are white in color. The bundle of leaves is bound in the center by a band. Directly above the center of the oak leaves and fir leaves and within the white circle is the head of a stag which is dark brown in color with highlights in white to indicate the particular characteristics of the stag. Centered between the antlers of the stag is a white Latin cross which has a multitude of thin white lines radiating from it, nearly to the edge of the white circular border, leaving a thin band of brown next to both the cross and the white circular border. A white line that is slightly curved downward at either end crosses the bottle from side to side, through parts of the oak leaves and fir leaves and through the lengthwise middle of the band. Directly beneath the white line is the literal element "JÄGERMEISTER" in stylized white letters. Beneath "JÄGERMEISTER" is a white line with decorative curves at either end of the line. Centered beneath the white line with decorative curved ends is the word "MANIFEST" in upper case white letters. Below "MANIFEST" is an orange horizontal line and the literal element "THE THINGS WE DARE TO DO. THE RULES WE REWRITE. THE OFFBEAT SPIRIT WE EMBRACE. THE TRUTH WE STAND FOR. THE TASTE WE SAVOUR." in white uppercase letters, underneath which is another horizontal orange line. Below the orange horizontal line is the numeral 5 in orange, with orange hyphens to the left and right of the number. Directly below is the literal element "EXTRA INTENSE MACERATES" in orange with an orange line underneath and the wording "DOUBLE BARREL MATURED", also in orange. Underneath is the wording "HERBAL LIQUEUR" in white. To the left is "1,0l" in white and to the right is "38% alc vol" in white. As the entirety of the bottle is clear in color, the background showing through the elements of the mark, unless otherwise identified, is brown. MANIFEST is displayed in gray on the cap that is black with an orange stripe.
