Mark description
The mark consists of a composite of two design portions applied to different parts of a bottle. The first portion consists of the wording "ZUBROWKA BISON GRASS" in dark green stylized block letters outlined in gold arranged in a circular pattern around the image of a brown buffalo walking on green grass. The first portion is superimposed over the second portion which consists of a circular shaped forest design in green and dark green with the wording "ZU" in stylized dark green block letters outlined in gold at the center. The "ZUBROWKA BISON GRASS" and buffalo portion is applied to the front of the bottle and defines a circular transparent area. The "ZU" portion is applied to the inside rear surface of the bottle such that it is visible through the front circular transparent area. Five successive images show the bottle front, left side, back, right side, and a cross sectional view illustrating the placement of the "ZU" and forest portion on the inner bottle back surface. The bottle outline is depicted in broken lines and is not part of the mark. The circular area outlined on the left side, back and right side views depicts an opaque area on the outer bottle surface opposite from where the "ZU" and forest portion is applied on the inside wall of the bottle, these circular outlines are depicted in broken lines and are not part of the mark.
