The entire circle is outlined in black and a thin black line appears between the blue and yellow circles. The top of the outer yellow circle reflects the literal element " PEGASUS CALIFORNIA SCHOOL" in bold blue capital letters, and the literal element "BE INSPIRED" in bold blue capital letters at the lower section of the outer circle. Blue laurel branches stem from the left and right of the literal element "BE INSPIRED" extending towards "PEGASUS CALIFORNIA SCHOOL" in both directions along and within the space between the two circles. Twenty blue representations of Pegasus wings surround the circle. In the center circle appears an image of a Pegasus in solid yellow, with detailing in blue. Below the Pegasus' two rear legs is a shape of an open book in yellow with blue stripes that blend into the background blue color of the inner circle.
