Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a portable diagnostic module device with a handle and a rectangular shaped control panel appearing at the bottom of the device. The rectangular dotted lines around the control panel and the large square shape of the diagnostic module device with a handle and irregular vertical sides and two vertical straight lines are represented in dotted lines to show the position of the mark and are not part of the mark. The mark appears within the rectangular shaped control panel at the bottom of the configuration drawing and is divided into two distinct sections, one on the right and one on the left, with a distinct, blank division between the two sections. On top of the section to the left appears from left to right, the term "FORD" in script font inside a shaded, outlined oval, a vertical line separates the oval from a vertical rectangular design with crossed lines and the word "LINCOLN" in stylized form. Appearing below that, on the bottom left portion of the mark, is the underlined word "ROTUNDA" in stylized lettering with the word "DIAGNOSTICS" in stylized lettering appearing below. On the top right portion of the mark appears the words "Vehicle Communication" in stylized lettering above the words "& Measurement Module" in stylized lettering. At the bottom, right side of the mark are displayed seven stylized designs that include, from left to right, the front of a motor vehicle, a laptop computer, a television screen divided into quadrants, a diamond with an exclamation point appearing in it, a power on/off button, a stop/play button, and a reset indicator arrow button on a shaded background, all of which appear within dotted lines to show the position of the mark and are not part of the mark.
