Mark description

The mark consists of the word "CITY" in capital letters above the word "ENERGY", also in capital letters and bold-face font. The two words are bisected by a thin, horizontal line that ends in the shape of an electrical plug to the right of the final letter in the word "ENERGY". At the left side the line extends from the outer circle of four concentric circles of the same thickness as the line. In the middle of the circles is a smaller circle that serves as the background for a stylized urban landscape, consisting of three buildings. The left building is a tall rectangle with 43 squares that represent windows arranged regularly in 3 columns of 11 squares and one column at the far left of 10 squares; the middle building is a wider, shorter rectangle with 6 squares which are larger than the squares on the left building, representing windows arranged in two columns of three squares; the right building is trapezoidal, approximately as wide as the left rectangle and slightly shorter than the middle rectangle. It has three columns of squares representing windows which are slightly larger than the squares on the left building but smaller than the squares on the middle building. There are 4 squares in the left column, 3 squares and a corner of what would be a fourth square barely visible at the edge of the circle in the middle column, and two squares in the right column.
