Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized word "CERVEZA" curved at the top. Beneath is the stylized word "MODELO". Beneath is a circle containing the words "CERVECERIA MODELO MEXICO". Within the circle is a solid concentric circle containing a stylized depiction of a lion standing on an inverted three dimensional pyramid. In front of the inverted pyramid is a depiction of a barrel. A stylized depiction of a lion standing on its hind legs appears on both sides of the circular design, each leaning against the circle. The lions are shown standing on a ribbon that stretches across the mark. At the center of the ribbon is the stylized number "1925" with a stalk of wheat on either side. Above and below the ribbon are two curved lines. Behind the wording "CERVEZA", "MODELO" and the circle design is the image of a wreath made of two stalks of wheat. Within the wreath, partially obscured, is an image of a building with a flag at the top. Beneath the building, partially obscured by the word "MODELO" is an illegible signature.
