Within the curved segment of the stylized letter "D" is a partial design of the sun wherein two palm tree designs have been superimposed thereon. The word "DELAND" and the palm tree elements are navy blue. The wording "MUNICIPAL AIRPORT" and the airplane design are blue. The design of the sun is orange.
