The second circle in on the logo, words "Community Hub", the top part of the "H" in the center of the disc logo, and the window of the home that make up the "H" are in blue. The quarter lines of the third circle from the outside of the logo, "C" in the center if the disc logo, and lower half of the "H" that forms a house are in red.
