PHATT GUY FISHING

Mark description

The mark consists of a shirtless man wearing a baseball cap and shorts, and holding a fishing pole. The man is shaded in beige with black outlining, and with stripes of white appearing on his chin, nose, cheek, neck, shoulders, elbow, forearm and belly so that the image appears three-dimensional. White also appears in the man the man's eyes which have black irises. The baseball cap is black with a red rim, red buttons, and gray seaming. The cap sits above the man's gray hair. The man is wearing shorts that have a white vertical band along the side of his shorts and along the bottom of both pant-legs. The remainder of the shorts are colored in green on the left gradually turning to yellow in the center then to orange and then red to the far right of the shorts. In the man's right arm is a fishing rod with the handle in the color beige. The reel is in the color black, red, and gray with a red and white reel handle.  All of the foregoing is outlined in black.  A fishing line descends from the tip of the fishing rod where a fish hook is attached in the shape of a red and white fish.  All of the foregoing appears to the left of the stylized wording "Phatt Guy" over the stylized wording "FISHING".  "Phatt Guy" is shaded in the color black with jagged edges, and with gray and white shadowing.  "FISHING" also has jagged edges and is shaded at the top in green turning into yellow in the center of the letters then to orange and then red at the bottom of the letters. The wording "FISHING" is outlined in black with gray shadowing behind the letters and underlined with a gray band that starts of thick to the left and ends with a point directly below the letter "G".  All other instances of the color white appearing in the mark represent background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
