Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "H", "T" and "R" arranged as a branding iron. In this arrangement, the letter "H" has left and right sides that are oriented vertically and parallel to each other. The right side of the letter "H" serves as the base of the letter "T" with the left portion of the upper cross bar of the letter "T" extending over the letter "H". The right side of the letter "H" is also the back line of the letter "R", with the semi-circular portion of "R" having an upper end that is slightly distanced from the backline of the "R" (base of "T" and right side of "H"), and a lower end that touches the mid-point of the back line. Further, the leg portion of the letter "R" extends from the mid-point of the backline to a foot end. Within this arrangement, the right portion of the upper cross bar of the letter "T" extends over the Letter "R". Additionally, the logo includes an oval that surrounds the "HTR" arrangement, wherein the oval extends from the foot end of the letter "R" and under the letters "HTR", then over the letters "HTR", and on to a point that is slightly distanced from the foot end of the letter "R".
