ZUMBA GOMA MANGO

Mark description

The mark consists of a packaging design for the goods with a border background formed of an outer red border, inner black stripe, and an innermost white border stripe separated from each other by a central gray segment. The central gray segment represents a transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark. A composite design of the stylized word "ZUMBA" in red and yellow letters outlined in black; the stylized word GOMA in yellow outlined in black; and the stylized word MANGO in green and yellow outlined in black is located on the central gray segment on the front and back sides of the label. The composite design also has two mango images in yellow and outlined in black which are located beside the word MANGO on the central gray segment. A ribbon of green, gold, yellow, and red stripes outlined in white extends behind the composite design on the central gray segment on the front and back sides of the label. A portion of a red gum ball is located above the word ZUMBA of the composite design on the central gray segment. The red gum ball is surmounted by a portion of a mango in yellow, all of which is outlined in black and white. The same stylized words ZUMBA, GOMA and MANGO in the same color scheme as used on the central gray segment of the composite design are located on the back side of the label and on the folds of the label between the central gray segment between images of mangos in yellow and outlined in black. The same composite design of the stylized words ZUMBA, GOMA and MANGO in the same color scheme and mango images as used on the central gray segment of the composite design is located on the outer red border stripe on the front and back sides of the label. The stylized words "ZUMBA PICA", with the word ZUMBA in the color yellow, and word "PICA" in the color red, located above a vortex in the color green, each with black outline, are superimposed on the inner white and black border stripes and on the central gray segment. Two mango images of the composite design in yellow and outlined in black are located on the central gray segment at each of the two folds of the sealed packaging. The broken or dotted lines show the position of the design features of the composite design mark on the packaging and are not claimed as part of the mark.
