Mark description

The mark consists of product packaging consisting of a horizontally-oriented rectangle divided into three vertical segments. The background of the left and right segments is green with two vertical rows of stylized chamomile designs with white petals which extend beyond the outline, black outline, and yellow and orange angiosperms. The middle segment consists of a beige background merging into a green background with the wording "ROMASHKA" in Cyrillic characters superimposed therein in dark blue fading to blue and then white with a black outline and white shading around the outline, appearing above the word "ROSHEN" in Cyrillic characters in black. The wording appears below a stylized arc of chamomile consisting of three vertical chamomiles on each side of the wording and three arced above the wording. All of the chamomiles have white petals which extend beyond the outline, black outline, and yellow and orange angiosperms. The wording and arced chamomile design appear three times in the vertical center segment. The rectangular shape of the packaging outlined in dotted lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
