Mark description

The mark consists of the literal elements "OIL WELL CRAFT BEER" and design; the elements of the design consist of five concentric circles, a black stylized oil well appears in the inner most circle with a light orange sun which is surrounded by a darker orange sky, to the left of the sun appears a flock of eight black flying birds and under the oil well appears 11 shafts of grain in light orange which appear superimposed on black earth above the black earth appears three wide horizontal lines, the lower in tan, the middle in dark orange and the upper in medium orange, the inner circle is encompassed by a thin dark orange circle which is surrounded by a thin tan circle which is surrounded by a thinker light orange circle which contains the wording "OIL WELL CRAFT BEER", which is in dark orange, the wording "OIL WELL" appears in the top of the circle and the wording "CRAFT BEER" appears in the bottom of the circle, one dark small orange solid circle appears on each side of the wording "OIL WELL", and a thin tan circle surrounds the circle which contains the wording.
