Mark description

The mark consists of three dimensional configuration of a football jersey in which the colors red, gray, black and white appear in specific areas of the football jersey. The color red covers the entire outer surface of the jersey, with the exception of the color white that is on the depiction of the number located in the center chest area of the jersey, the color black that is on the depiction of the number located on both shoulders of the jersey, and the series of black, gray and white stripes that are depicted on the lower edge of each sleeve of the jersey. The dotted outline of the shirt as well as the dotted outline around the numerals depicted on the shirt are not part of the mark and are intended to show only to the position or placement of the claimed colors on the shirt and the specific color of the numeral located on a particular area of the shirt. Except for the color white appearing on the number located on the chest area of the shirt and the series of stripes depicted on the lower edge of each sleeve of the jersey, the color white represents background or transparent areas attempting to show the inside of the shirt and are not part of the mark.
