MERCATO DELLA PESCHERIA

Mark description

The mark consists of the words "MERCATO DELLA PESCHERIA" housed within a horizontally configured elongated oval.  The term "DELLA" being underlined.  Above and below the main oval are three horizontal lines extending almost the entire length of the oval, the second line above the oval having stylized left and right distal ends wherein the stylization includes a loop.  The third line below the oval having stylized left and right distal ends wherein the stylization includes a loop.  Centered above the three top horizontal lines are three stars positioned between two stylized lines that include loops and are connected to each other with a medium arch extending above the three stars.  A smaller arch is immediately adjacent to the top of the medium arch that connects both stylized lines.  A longer arch is located above the medium arch having loops at its distal ends.  There are dots between the left and right of the three stars and the two stylized lines.  Above the longer arch there is a curved and oval box.  A topmost stylized arch line is about the box and more stylized lines are centered above the topmost stylized arch line. Below the main oval is substantially the same design but one star is used instead of three and wavy dashed replace the dots.
