Mark description

The mark consists of the design of a bottle label which is rectangular in shape. The outer edge of the label is a dark green outline next to which is an inner band of white, next to which is a narrow band of gold, next to which is a band of gradient shades of green with light green being the dominant color and the middle section of the right and left sides of the band being dark green. Superimposed on the green band, in gold stylized letters, is the stylized wording "DAS IST DES JÄGERS EHRENSCHILD, DASS ER BESCHÜTZT UND HEGT SEIN WILD, WEIDMÄNNISCH JAGT, WIE SICH'S GEHÖRT, DEN SCHÖPFER IM GESCHÖPFE EHRT." running upwards from the bottom left corner, around the top and down to the lower right side corner of the rectangular band. Superimposed on the bottom portion of the green band, is an orange rectangle that contains the wording "DER KRÄUTER-LIQUEUR" in black letters. Inside the green band is a thin grey line. The remainder of the inside of the design of the label is white. In the middle of the label, crossing from left to right, is an orange banner with gold bands defining the upper and lower edges of the banner. In the middle of the banner is the stylized wording "JÄGERMEISTER" in black with gold shadowing. Above the orange banner is a gold circle. At the bottom of the gold circle is a green and gold barrel with gold oak leaves reaching to the left and gold fir leaves reaching to the right. Inside the circle is a brown and white stag, above which is a white and gold Latin cross that is radiating yellow, gold, and light green lines, on a green background. Below the orange banner is the stylized wording "SELECTED BOTANICALS" in green, above and below which are orange lines, and in the middle of which is the number "56" in orange. Underneath which is the wording "COLD MACERATED ESSENCE" in green, underneath which is the wording "REFINED IN OAK" in green, underneath which is the wording "CRAFTED BY" in green, underneath which is the wording "MAST-JÄGERMEISTER SE", under which is the wording "WOLFENBÜTTEL, GERMANY" all in green. Underneath which is the wording "SINCE 1878" in orange. There is a design of the black outline of barrels in a cellar superimposed beneath the wording "REFINED IN OAK". Other than as described, the color white is not part of the mark but represents a transparent background.
