Mark description

The mark consists of two blue circles, the line describing the outer circle being about 4 times as thick as the line describing the inner circle, both circles separated by a white circle described by a line about one half the thickness of the line describing the inner blue circle, all colored lettering in the mark appears on white background within the interior of the circle described by the inner blue circle, at the top of the arc of the inner blue circle is the word "CERTIFIED" in grey lettering, below the word "CERTIFIED" is the horizontally oriented navy blue capital letter "N" next to a blue lower case letter "A" next to the red lettering "VOB" with a stylized "O" in the form of a red military five point star next to a navy blue capital "A", below those letters, also horizontally oriented all in grey capital lettering are the words "NATIONAL VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESS ASSOCIATION", below those grey words is a horizontally oriented stylized blue ribbon with the horizontally-oriented word in capitalized white lettering, "VETERAN'S", below the blue ribbon, are two capitalized grey lettered words appearing in the bottom third of the described blue circle, the top line being "BUSINESS" and the bottom line being "ENTERPRISE", all the words and lettering a center justified within the inner blue circle.
