Mark description

The mark consists of 11 gold Chinese characters located at the top left-hand corner, next to four gold Chinese characters, both of which are set above an image of people riding camel-back in gold, all of which is set against a red background and set above white and red curved lines, with a white circle superimposed on the left-hand side of the white and red curved lines, which has an inner black border and an outer white border with an image of a man in black set inside the circle, and red Chinese characters to the left and right of the circle which are outlined in white, set above the words "FARMER BRAND" in red and outlined in white, set above an image of dried dates in red and black over a background that fades from white to light red to dark red with three black Chinese characters outlined in gold imposed on the image, set above the words "DRIED DATES" in black and outlined in gold, set next to red Chinese characters outlined in white set within a gold oval-shape, all of which is set above a gold and white curved rim with a thin, pink border, above a large white area, denoted by thin black lines to the left and right, which collectively designate a transparent area that is not part of the mark and the white and black are utilized to represent this transparent portion. In the bottom, right-hand corner of the mark is an image of a seal that has a light red inner-circle, a dark red outer-circle and a gold border with a thin, pink outline and red, Chinese characters outlined in white within the seal, set behind a dark red ribbon having a white border with yellow stars emblazoned on the ribbon, set above five gold circles, with a thin, translucent curve on the top of four of the circles (indicated in white), and a thin, red curve on the bottom of four of the circles, with red Chinese characters outlined in white in the middle of all five of the circles, all of which is set above a gold horizontal border at the bottom.
