Mark description

The mark consists of the mark consists of the literal elements "RiCO'S AÇAI" with capitalized letters in stylized font (except the first "i" which is lower case with the body of the "i" being the same height as the "R" "C" "O" and "S") where the letters comprising the literal elements of the mark are represented as outlines of each letter and the second word "AÇAI" appears capitalized and approximately half the height of the previous word "RiCO'S", and contains design elements (from left to right): a small cartoonized Açaí berry with two leaves on its lower left sized appearing over the body of the stylized "i" representing the tittle of the "i"; an image of a left facing, smiling, cartoonized Puerto Rican Coqui frog's upper figure including the head, neck, part of the shoulders and chest with its right upper phalanges or finger tips against its chest and left upper phalanges or finger tips resting over and partially obstructing the lower right portion of the "O" in "RiCO'S"; the image of a down and to the right angled leaf with its petiole at the top left and the point or tip of the leaf at the bottom right substituting for the apostrophe in "RiCO'S"; and image of a leaf with downward then bent and right curving petiole with left facing blade substituting as the cedilla of the "Ç" (capital c-cedilla) in "AÇAI".
