Mark description

The mark consists of a white colored vertical strip. Around the bottom of the strip is a green seal with the letters "JJ&S" at the center in white surrounded by a white colored circular border. Outside the border, around the top edge of the seal, is the wording "JOHN JAMESON" in white, and around the bottom edge of the seal is the wording "& SON LIMITED", also in white, with white dots separating the upper and lower wording above a four-sided label with the background of the label is cream colored, with two curved green lines at the top of the label. Below that is the word "JAMESON" in curved black lettering and outlined in gold, below which is a design of a spirit safe. Below that are the words "THE DISTILLER'S SAFE" in green lettering with a gold outline, with two horizontal green lines under the word "THE", and the design of a cream and gold colored fingerprint. At the bottom of the label are two green horizontal lines. The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle and the top of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark and the mark does not include the wording JOHN JAMESON & SON etched on the actual bottle.
