Mark description

The mark consists of six horizontal bands of varying sizes. The bottommost band is in maroon. The second band from the bottom is in brown with yellow outlines and yellow fleur-de-lis along the lower part of the band. The third band has vertical stripes of various widths in yellow, light brown and brown. The fourth band is in brown with two dips in the mid-section and two yellow fleurs-de-lis at the peaks and yellow floral designs at each end, and outlined in yellow. The fifth band is maroon with two thin yellow lines running horizontally through it. The sixth band is brown with peaks in the mid-section and two fleurs-de-lis at the peak and yellow floral designs at each end, with the lower part outlined in yellow and the upper part outlined in white. In the middle is a large light blue circle with white clouds and white starburst pattern, outlined in yellow, superimposed over the fourth, fifth, and sixth band. The circle has yellow leaf-like designs on either side. Inside the circle is a grey statue of St. Louis on a horse with black shadows and white reflections. The horse has yellow breast plate, face plate and boot straps. Beneath the circle is an oval-like shape in black gradient with yellow outlines. Inside the oval-like shape is the wording "STL ESPECIAL" in white with maroon shading.
