Mark description

The mark consists of three separate shapes that when strategically placed, form the shape of a person in an exercising pose. The shapes consist of a round full circle, a rounded check mark with a slight tail on the right end, and a slanted, opened half circle. The round full circle would depict an image of a human head, the rounded check mark shape would depict the upper body and arms of a human and the slanted opened half-circle shape would depict the lower body and legs of a human. When aligned together, the shapes create the image of a person in an exercising pose. The words "Stand Up Abs" are included in the mark in an angled slant crossing over the leg of the slanted opened half-circle shape of the mark.
