The mark consists of a black rendering of a single skewered broiled chicken displayed across a circular orange background that offsets the black chicken and skewer. Above the black chicken, in a semi-circular array are the words "Crisp & Juicy" that appear in orange offset by a square black background. Beneath the black chicken are nine charcoal briquettes in white framed in orange and emanating a series of seven vertical squiggled white lines depicting heat and vapor rising from the briquettes. Just below the briquettes the words "Since 1989" appear in white again offset by the overall square black background. "Since 1989" curves beneath the briquettes and just above the double white semi-circular lines that cover the bottom half of the design. The lines, again are offset by the black background.
