Mark description

The mark consists of an 8-point compass-styled star, with individual rays pointing in the map directions of north, south, east, west, northeast, northwest, southeast, and southwest, without directional letter indicators. One half of each ray is white and one half of each ray is black, with the white and black divided linearly from the point of each ray to the center of the compass star. The compass star is partially overlaid across the center by a stylized rectangular seal, with a thin white frame which is outlined with a thinner black line. The seal with its framing has 4 rounded corners, 3 scalloped ridges along the top side of the seal, and one scalloped ridge in the center of the bottom side of the seal. Within the black seal are the words "INNER COMPASS BREWING COMPANY", with the word "COMPASS"' centered in the seal. The "C" and the last "S" are taller than the other letters in the word. The word "INNER" is situated above the word "COMPASS", between the highest part of the "C" and last "S", and centered left-to-right. The word "INNER" is underlined. The words "BREWING COMPANY" are printed in line below the word "COMPASS" and centered left-to-right. The words "BREWING COMPANY" are accented on each side with white arrowheads pointing left and right respectively. Below and attached to the seal extends a semi-circle suggestive of a ship's navigational wheel, convex side down, concave side up, the more interior approximate one third (1/3) of the semi-circle in black, and the more exterior approximate two thirds (2/3) of the semi-circle in white, and framed on the outside with a thin black line. The semi-circle overlaps the southwest, south, and southeast rays of the compass star. Where the semi-circle intersects the south ray, a smaller, circular, white seal, outlined in black, overlaps both the semi-circle and south ray. This smaller, circular seal contains inside it the words "EST 2014". There lies a horizontal black line above the word "EST" and another horizontal black line below the 01 portion of the word "2014". Arising out of each of the right and left top rounded corners of the aforedescribed black seal is a stylized leaf garland. The leaf garlands curve upward and toward the center line of the design mark, as though creating a partial wreath, but remaining open at the top, allowing the north ray of the compass star to point through between them.
