Mark description

The mark consists of the wording "VINO ARGO ULTRA PURE ARGON SYSTEMS" with the wording "VINO" appearing above the term "ARGO" in large lettering, both in the color burgundy and the wording "ULTRA PURE ARGON SYSTEMS" appearing below this in the color brown with the wording "ULTRA PURE" appearing above the wording "ARGON SYSTEMS", all to the right of a stylized design of a decanter created by a continuous burgundy line beginning at the top right of the decanter mouth and moving counterclockwise to form a partial circle, then downward forming the left side shape of the decanter with the line broader to emphasize the shape and continuing downward and to the right to form the base of the decanter and finishing with a slight upturn leaving the right side of the decanter open, inside the decanter design appears gradual dark to light burgundy creating a shading effect, and adjacent to and inside the unfinished right side of the decanter appears a stylized glass design created by a continuous burgundy line with the top portion ending in a 450 degree counterclockwise swirl design and the line extending downward thickening as it approaches the bottom then moving to the right to form the bottom of the glass and finishing with a slight upturn leaving the right side of the glass partially unfinished with gradual dark to light burgundy appearing inside the glass creating a shading effect and a burgundy line beginning at the center bottom of the glass design and extending downward and finishing in a clockwise half circle, and the color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
