Mark description

The mark consists of a shield divided into four quadrants wherein the upper left quadrant contains an "M" with a dot above it on a light background, the upper right quadrant contains a shaded background with a light dot above a wave design, the lower left quadrant is a dark background with a light stylized design of a person riding a bicycle, and the lower right quadrant contains a light background with a shaded dot above a small shaded wave over a larger shaded wave design; the shield design to the left of the word "IRONMAN" with a dot above the "M"; the word "IRONMAN" followed by the letter "U" in a larger size; one bottom horizontal line extending under the shield and the word "IRONMAN" to a point to the left of the bottom of the letter "U"; a first top horizontal line extending above shield and the letters "IRON" and a portion of the letter "M" to a point to the left of the dot over the letter "M"; and a second top horizontal line extending from a point to the right of the dot over the letter "M" and extending over a portion of the letter "M" and the letters "AM" to a point to the left of the top of letter "U".
