BE DOG COLLAR WEAR

Mark description

The mark consists of the phrase "BE DOG" in black, stylized font, with the "B" and "D" capitalized. The letter "G" is stylized to look like a dog, by placing an image of the back of a dog's head on top of the circular part of the letter. The head is outlined in black and shaded in brown. The inside of the letter "G" is also shaded in brown, and the image is finished off with two small white feet placed on the bottom of the circular part of the "G", also outlined in black. The tail of the letter "G" is also the tail of the dog. The dog is wearing a yellow collar with red dots on it. Below the word "DOG" and the image of the dog is the phrase "COLLAR WEAR" in a stylized font with the "C" and "W" capitalized. "COLLAR" is written in purple, and the word "WEAR" is written in green. The tail of the dog falls between the letters "W" and "E" in "WEAR" and creates an arched shape which ends below the "W". The color white represents background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
