Mark description

The mark consists of the letters "TTE" in large block capital letters, changing in color from top to bottom from light blue to dark blue, with a the relative proportion of light blue in each letter decreasing from left to right and the relative proportion of dark blue increasing from left to right. On the top right corner of the large block capital "T" and "E" is an elongated dark blue star with one of its points stretching across to the left as far as just above the top left corner of the second large block capital "T" and the next point of the star to the right stretching downward to the middle of the right side of large block capital "E". The wording "TEXAS TRANSEASTERN" is underneath in smaller capital letters that are dark blue in color. Below this, the wording "The Higher Road" in italicized letters with the beginning of each respective word capitalized, all of which are light blue in color. "The Higher Road" is aligned to the right of both the "TTE" and "TEXAS TRANSEASTERN" wording. The color white appearing in the mark represents background, outlining, shading and/or transparent areas.
