Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle and bottle cap. The bottle cap is filled in with silver and has a diagonal line at each corner and a silver heart-shaped design in the center of it. Below the silver cap is a gold rim and then a silver band with a red line running through the middle of it with "X" shapes below the red line in silver. Below the silver band is a black band, and then a green portion of the bottle, and then below that is a cross-hatched silver sleeve, below which is a green portion of the bottle. Below the green bottle portion is a rectangular area outlined in green that includes four diagonal lines in gray, one in each corner, and in the center of the diagonal lines is a silver coat of arms that includes two spears with flags attached to them, four banners, and an oval in the center with the image of a ship inside of it. Below the rectangular area is a transparent area representing the bottom portion of the bottle. The dotted lines in the mark showing the outline of the bottle cap and shape of the bottle are not claimed as features of the mark.
