The mark consists of four (4) words written horizontally and one (1) ampersand between two (2) of the words; the words "Viva Femina" are written horizontally on a vertical level above the words "Beauty & Prosperity", which are aligned horizontally on the same, lower vertical level; the ampersand "&" is placed uniformly between the words "Beauty" and "Prosperity"; none of the letters in the mark are touching another letter; all of the letters in the words "Beauty" and "Prosperity" are capitalized, with the first letter of "Beauty" and the first letter of "Prosperity" being slightly larger in size than the remaining letters in both of those words; all letters in words "Viva" and "Femina" are in lower case except the first letter in both "Viva" and "Femina" is capitalized; the words "Viva" and "Femina" are in the same unique font, which is different than the same unique font used for the words "Beauty" and "Prosperity"; the "V" in the word "Viva" is exaggerated and larger than any of the other letters in the mark in height, width, and thickness; the top right edge of the "V" extends over the top of the remainder of the word "Viva" and over the entire word "Femina" in an arching manner with a loop at the end over the "a" in "Femina"; the "F" in "Femina" is larger than the other letters in that word and contains a right-facing hook at the bottom; the words "Viva Femina" possess reflective background shading; the words "Beauty", "Prosperity", and the "&" are contained on the lower vertical plane of the mark, and span from below the "i" in "Viva" to below the "a" in "Femina".
