Mark description

The mark consists of the stylized wording "FABRICWORM" in pink. Immediately below the wording "FABRICWORM" is a design of a green worm wearing black eyeglasses with a black dot for an eye and white dot for a nostril. Along the top of the green worm appear measuring tape lines and the numbers "1" through "12" in white. Immediately below the green worm design appears the stylized wording "FAB-RIC-WORM, 1. N. A PERSON DEVOTED TO FABRIC" in pink. To the left of the wording and worm design appears a design of a flower with a grey stem, pink petals and a blue center and a green tuft of grass to the left of the flower. Above the "FABRICWORM" wording appears the design of three butterflies, all with grey abdomens and blue antennas; two have pink wings, one has red wings. To the right of the worm design appears a design of a spool of thread with white and grey lines to represent thread; the top of the spool is red with white polka dots with a black hole in the center, and the bottom of the spool is red. Around the spool of thread design appears a tuft of green grass, one on either side of the spool design, and three flowers with grey stems where the flower on the left has yellow petals and a blue center, the middle flower has blue petals and a yellow center and the flower on the right has yellow petals and pink center. To the right of the spool design appear three bolts of fabric lying piled on their side and one bolt of fabric standing upright. On the three piled bolts of fabric, the top roll features fabric that is grey with white polka dots and white selvages, the second roll from the top has fabric that is pink with red polka dots and white selvages and the bottom roll has fabric that is blue with a white stem and leaf design and white selvages. The upright bolt of fabric is yellow with an orange flower design and white selvages. All the bolts are rolled on grey rolls. Immediately to the right of the fabric designs appears a green stem with green leaves where one of the leaves has white dots on it. To the right of the green stem design appear two tufts of green grass and a flower with a grey stem, yellow petals and a blue center.
