Mark description

The mark consists of (A) the term "OriginGPS" wherein letters "O", "G", "P" and "S" are capitalized and all remaining letters are in lower case; and (B) a design that is a cross configuration (1) that is in a superscripted position (a) at the end of "OriginGPS" and (b) has a portion of the design above a portion of the capital letter "S"; and (2) defined by four rectangles and a square; wherein a first rectangle's top right corner contacts a second rectangle's bottom left corner; the second rectangle's top left corner contacts the square's bottom right corner; the square's top left corner contacts a third rectangle's bottom right corner; the third rectangle's bottom left corner contacts a fourth rectangle's top right corner; and the fourth rectangle's bottom right corner contacts the first rectangle's top left corner; wherein the height of the second rectangle and the square equals the fourth rectangle's height; and the width of the third rectangle and the square equals the first rectangle's width.
