Mark description

The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration packaging for the goods comprising a can, the top of which displays a design border around the rim of the can comprised of the silhouettes of small fish with a tiny eyes and tail fins; in the center of the top of the can is the styled word "BELA" in the body portion of a fish profile, with the "B" comprising the fish tail, the "ELA" comprising the torso of the fish, one dorsal fin above the body and one fin below, with a female fish face on the head portion of the fish pointing in the right hand direction that includes one eyeball with long feminine eyelashes and puffed lips on the open mouth; the "BELA" design is surrounded by horizontally oriented strands of seaweed and four bubbles; the "BELA" design, seaweed and bubbles are surrounded by the outline of an oval with the wording "WILD CAUGHT-ALL NATURAL-PACKED FRESH" on the bottom of the oval; the side of the can displays four rows of the small fish as used on the border of the top of the can to comprise the background of the side of the can; there is an overlay of the "BELA" design. The wording "LIGHTLY SMOKED PORTUGUESE SARDINES IN OLIVE OIL", "SOURCE OF CALCIUM A NATURAL SOURCE OF OMEGA-3" AND "PRODUCT OF PORTUGAL" appears on the sides of the can.
