Mark description

The mark consists of a brown, gray, and white cat wearing a red scarf and holding a black and gold gun standing on the back of a white horse with a green unicorn horn on its forehead. The horse has a gold mane and tail and is raised up on its hind legs and breathing gold fire from its nostrils. Behind and above the horse is the word "FANTASY" and below and in front of the horse is the word "FACTORY," both in lined lettering in the colors red, orange, yellow, green, and blue. In the background is fanciful imagery of a rainbow in red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. On the right side of the rainbow is black smoke. In the foreground and centered under the horse are four partial hexagons. The first partial hexagon is gray, the second is green, the third is black, and the fourth is gray. The lower portion of the hexagons are covered by a rainbow-colored stripe in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple that extends the length of the design. Centered and super-imposed on the rainbow-colored stripe is a green oval shape. Centered on the green oval shape is the wording "INDIA PALE ALE" in black.
