Mark description

The mark consists of a rectangle, taller than wide, being framed by the color gray on the outer perimeter, and the color dark green on the inner perimeter; and being comprised of an upper portion, a middle portion, a lower portion, and a central oval portion; with the upper portion being primarily in the color green and displaying the wording "A PRODUCT OF ASEEM" in the color black on a yellow, gold, and brown banner, over the wording "SCENTED KHAINI" in the color black, over the wording "AL-AFZAL" in the color red and set forth in an arc; and with the middle portion being a rectangle, wider than tall, with the top and bottom lines being in the color white, and having narrowly spaced diagonally positioned parallel lines in the colors light green and white, and also having three horizontally positioned parallel dark green bars, with the middle bar being longer in length than the top and bottom bars; and with the lower portion being in the shape of a rectangle with rounded bottom corners, and being in green in the upper area and yellow in the lower area; and with the central oval portion being superimposed across the three aforementioned portions in the middle of the mark, such that the three dark green bars in the middle portion are blocked from view in their centers; and with the oval portion being outlined by two concentric rings in the color black, having a narrow white space between them, and with the oval portion containing a picture of the Taj Mahal against a light blue and white sky constructed of marble in the color white, with the foreground containing a rectangular reflecting pool in the color gray, surrounded by marble banks in the color gray and light red flower beds, with grass and trees lining the banks of the reflecting pool on either side of the flower beds.
