Mark description

The mark consists of the words "SOUND STREAM" adjacent to and in-line with the upper-left of a main red rectangle within which at the bottom there is a horizontal bar, of which the left part is blue and the remainder to the right is gold; adjacent to both the outside left and right of the main red rectangle are two vertical bars where gray shading near the bottom fades to white at the top over a white background (creating the impression that the main red rectangle is a "card") - all arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner. The color black is not a feature of the mark. The color and style of the literal element, position shown in black, are not a part of the mark. The solid-black square within the main red rectangle is not a part of the mark, but indicates the position of an overlapping or transparent element. The black dashes comprising the borders of the rectangles are not part of the mark but are indicative of the general color configuration of the rectangles.
